Wee Ones

What are Wee Ones?

Wee Ones are handmade bead dolls, each a miniature work of art.  Creating these treasures began as a craft project, but quickly evolved into a powerful way for me to build relationships with aspects of my internal system.

As soon as I made my first tiny figure (slightly larger than a quarter), parts of myself wanted their own little beaded person as external representations of themselves.  They shared their preferences for colors, beads, and designs, and when I brought their choices to life, parts felt heard, recognized, and accepted.

The more Wee Ones I create, the more clearly I can arrange them to visually express how my internal system is organized at any given moment, how parts relate to one another, and where my attention might be most supportive.  In this way, Wee Ones honor individual aspects of self, while also nurturing a sense of cohesion and connection.

After many requests, I’ve started making Wee Ones for others.  People often describe them as delightful keepsakes, grounding objects, and touchstones for self-understanding.  Each one carries stories and relationships as unique as the person who cares for it.

New Wee Ones are occasionally posted on this page as they look for their person.  You can also contact us to request one customized just for you.  Each Wee One is created bead by bead, with care and intention, and pricing varies based on the materials used.
